The Kamala Ocean View Villa is designed so that its twin-level main living areas form a focus beside the 20 m-long infinity-edge swimming pool.   
Key to the design concept is that off from the main living pavilion, there are many private areas to allow guests to disperse or join one another in different areas, shaded, or open. 
The blending of the indoors with the outdoors is achieved by the use of extensive folding, and sliding doors to create a seamless transition from inside the villa spaces to the outside. 
High 3m+ ceilings and generous room sizes project the luxury of space even within the intimate and private bedroom areas.

Extensive water features from the impressive entrance walkway to the ‘in water’ sala area at the southern end of the pool, to the outdoor spa showers in the bathroom areas several cascading waterfalls promote a sense of tranquillity. The Kamala Ocean View Villa sits secure and private atop the estate with a statement entrance ‘walk’ alongside reflection ponds, which emphasize guests’ sense of arrival and bring one to the main living level. Their expansive, integrated hard surface, grass, pool and pool deck areas give the villa its scale and central focus and provide ample space for entertaining and receptions.   Overlooking this area is the villa’s signature, two-storey pavilion with formal dining, lounge area and sidebar kitchen on the ground floor level with a second living area above. High-quality anodized aluminium folding sliding windows allow these spaces to be opened up to the wonderful sea and mountainside views beyond. The pavilion is cloaked in well-maintained wood which with modern glazing provides an appealing fusion of the traditional with the modern.
