Our designer loft duplex, with its 560 square meters of column-free space, is classic tropical living reinterpreted for the contemporary city dweller. Understated and timeless, it has been planned to elevate your living experience in a seemingly natural way through thoughtfully considered design and attention to detail. Designer-architect Albano Daminato, the founder of STUDIO DAMINATO, is the energy behind the duplex. Known for his ability to bridge modernity, familiarity, and relevance with elan, the AD100 designer and his team have created a series of thoughtfully integrated living spaces: The lower level houses a double-height living and dining salon, two kitchens, an intimate media lounge, guest room, powder room and outdoor terraces with a sunset-facing plunge pool. The floor above accommodates the master bedroom suite, with separating dressing zones and a secluded outdoor deck; a children's bedroom suite is located at the end of the walkway.
